Hourly rates
Each rate applies from its month until a newer rate. When the rate changes, add a new line — past months keep their rate. A rate can also apply only in some months (e.g. a summer rate Jun–Sep): it then repeats every year until replaced. Past rates are locked; tap ✎ to edit one.
Grouping
e.g. Quarter starting in February: Feb–Apr, May–Jul, Aug–Oct, Nov–Jan. Paid 1 month after: Aug–Oct is paid in Nov. The year selector uses the year each group starts in.
Import & export
Import
"crewTimes" CSV export. Flights already stored are skipped, so overlapping files are fine; corrected times and crews are offered as updates.
Restoring adds the flights you don't have and fills in what's missing on the ones you do — nothing is overwritten.
Export
The CSV leaves out passenger information. "CSV for editing" is in the import format and includes passenger info — fill in the Flight Type, Pax, Lead Pax and Pax Notes columns in a spreadsheet and import it again; only empty fields are completed.
Backup
The full backup keeps everything. Back up regularly: the phone is the only place your data is kept. Last backup: never
Profile
Used on the logbook PDF.
Validities
Set the items and dates that apply to you (company, authority and aircraft qualifications vary). Alerts appear at the top of Flights.
Passenger privacy
The PIN hides passenger names and notes in the app until you unlock them; they lock again when you leave the app. It doesn't encrypt the data on the phone — use an encrypted backup for files you keep elsewhere.
Duty
From the Duty Time app
Export a backup in Duty Time (Settings → Export file) and choose it here. The full backup above also restores duties.

Data & app
Updating only replaces the app itself — your flights, rates and settings stay on the device. If the download fails, the current version is kept.

What will be sent
Only what you see above. No flights, duties, names or other data from the app. Mail opens with everything filled in; you send it from there.
